I had the opportunity to work with Diane for the past 5+ years, first at Performance Excellence Partners (PEP) and now with Diane Integrates. Diane embodies the role of Integrator, enabling people, teams, and companies to work together to achieve great results. For example, she led the joint PEP-Harkcon team to an award of a multi-year, multi-million-dollar contract with the Coast Guard Office of International Affairs to support their global maritime security efforts. My first experience working on a federal grant was the DOL Youth Career Connect grant (YCC) from 2014 to 2018. Diane's steady and consistent leadership made my time on the grant team one of the best experiences I have had in my professional career.
